Players need to carefully refer to the terms and conditions stated in MerryPH terms and conditions to ensure their rights. We always update the terms and conditions regularly to bring a fair playing field for players.
Account Regulations
- By registering to use MerryPH, players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms, conditions, and game rules set by MerryPH and agree to bear the corresponding legal responsibilities. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of MerryPH, you may cease using the services immediately.
- By participating in the entertainment services of MerryPH, users acknowledge and accept that MerryPH provides reasonable, fair, and honest games. Winning or facing risks is normal, and players must accept these risks.
- Players must ensure that all information provided and used at the time of account registration, such as name, email address, phone number, and address, is accurate and complete. Additionally, the registered account information must match the information on the player’s ID card and bank account. Inconsistent information may result in the player losing the right to request certain services from MerryPH.
- If MerryPH discovers that a player’s account has been accessed or violated any of the terms provided, we reserve the right to refuse service, lock the account, and withhold any funds without prior notice.
- To avoid disputes: When participating in MerryPH games, players should monitor the entire gameplay process or check game account information before finishing the game. If any abnormalities are detected, contact customer service immediately to verify the entire access history and transactions within the MerryPH system.
- If a player opens or attempts to open multiple accounts for any reason, MerryPH may block or close any or all of the accounts at its discretion. Alternatively, MerryPH may decide to keep one account open, typically the first account the player opened with MerryPH, with any remaining deposits, if any, being transferred.
- If an incorrect deposit amount is displayed, users are obliged to notify customer service to adjust it. Absolutely do not use the incorrect funds. Under any circumstances, erroneous funds are considered invalid, and if used for betting, all bets will be canceled, and the funds will be returned to the website.
- For customers participating in promotions for new members or other promotions and placing invalid bets, if MerryPH detects this, we have the right to temporarily lock or close the account, and the relevant department will determine a specific resolution.
- If the results on a user’s device are inconsistent with the results on MerryPH’s server, the results displayed by the server shall be final. By agreeing to participate in the game, the player agrees to the rules and services provided by MerryPH.
- Players are not allowed to log into the game using virtual IP addresses (VPNs, remote servers, etc.).
- If a player violates these Terms & Services, MerryPH reserves the right to suspend or terminate service until the player agrees to the stipulated rules.
- Players must agree that any part or all of this agreement is temporary and that MerryPH reserves the right to change, amend, add, or remove any part at any time to align with operational and customer care policies. This information is for reference only. The latest rules and terms of use can be accessed through the website under the User Agreement link.
- In any case, the final decision belongs to MerryPH.
Deposit Regulations
- If a player deposits via online banking, but we do not receive the funds after a long period, please contact our 24/7 customer service immediately. For example, if the depositor’s name does not match the account name, our staff will guide you to submit a request to the online banking service provider.
- Members depositing through third parties should contact Customer Service to inform them of the amount and time of deposit so we can confirm it as soon as possible.
- If you use online or offline banking deposits, MerryPH will verify the official activity of that website and confirm the deposit account. If the deposit is used at that time without confirmation, MerryPH will not be responsible for any losses.
- The minimum deposit is 10,000 VND. If players want more information about deposits, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
- In any case, the final decision belongs to MerryPH.
Withdrawal Regulations
- Customers can withdraw money up to 10 times a day, with a minimum withdrawal amount of at least 50,000 VND per transaction and no maximum limit.
- VIP customers will have higher withdrawal limits.
- When withdrawing 10,000,000 VND or more, the information may be reviewed by the payment department, and instant withdrawals may not be possible at MerryPH. After a successful review, MerryPH will immediately process the withdrawal request. All withdrawal requests must comply with the website’s rules, such as remaining balance/bonus not meeting the required wagering conditions for each product/promotion. If these conditions are not met, the withdrawal request will not be approved.
- If necessary, customers must provide complete personal information, such as a photo ID card, driver’s license, bank transaction statements, and household registration book.
- MerryPH promises that customers will withdraw funds within 5 minutes (except in cases where the banking network is under maintenance or has lost connection).
- In all cases, MerryPH reserves the final decision.
Promotion Regulations
- To be eligible for all bonuses or offers, players must comply with all additional terms and conditions attached to the promotion.
- All offers are calculated in points (1 point = 1,000 VND) and follow the GMT-4 time zone.
- Each player, family, address, email, and phone number with the same payment method, payment account (same debit card/credit card/bank account), and the same IP address can only receive offers when the player submits a request to verify the account number. At this point, MerryPH reserves the right to cancel, reclaim discounts, or lock related accounts.
- If MerryPH detects any group or individual using bonuses dishonestly or taking advantage of the company’s programs for profit, we have the right to cancel or reclaim the offer and temporarily or permanently lock the related account without notice and without refunding any funds. The player will be permanently blacklisted.
- To ensure the interests of both parties and eliminate identity fraud, MerryPH reserves the right to request members to provide us with accurate and complete information to ensure account security.
- MerryPH reserves the right to modify or terminate activities or programs without notice.
- MerryPH reserves the right to adjust membership levels based on the membership status.
